To add extra players to your booking, simply head to our website, via the following link, www.combatlasergames.com/book-online , and book the number of extra spaces you would like, for the same session that you have already booked onto.
As long as you book using the same name and email address, your extra spaces will be added onto your current booking.
Please ensure you have paid for your booking 14 days prior to your booking date.
To pay for your session online, please use the following link to reach the Combat Laser Games online portal: https://combatlasergames.sports-booker.com/customer/
To login, please first select “Forgotten your password” and set yourself a new one. You can then login using your email address and the new password.
Once you have logged in, there will be a button on the front screen that will take you through to payment.
If you have less confirmed players than you reserved for, please let us know so that we can cancel off your extra reserved spaces – this will then stop payment reminder emails and eventually a cancellation, from being sent to you.
Alternatively, if you would like to pay over the phone, please call our friendly team anytime between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday on
01634 321 317.
You will shortly receive a booking reminder email, with links to both your unique group leader portal and your unique group disclaimers.
Please copy the link to the “Combat Laser Games Disclaimer Page”, directly from your email and paste it into a message to your guests, most people tend to do this via WhatsApp. This link will have a unique code already copied into it so your guests should not need to fill in a booking reference.
Please ensure that all attendees/parents of attendees to your party have received the link to disclaimers as these must be completed prior to your arrival at Combat Laser Games.
If you have not yet made payment, your total number on your Group Leader Portal, will say “0”. Once payment has been made, your total number will update to correspond with the number of spaces you have confirmed.
Your guests will be able to fill in their disclaimers prior to your payment and these will sit in the background of your booking, ready to be assigned once your spaces have been confirmed via payment.
If you would like to find out who has completed their disclaimers prior to payment, please call our team and we will be able to tell you.

We are just off the Ruxley roundabout and our car park’s entrance gates are opposite the Selco (as shown to the right).
*TOP TIP: When visiting us, enter Combat Laser Games into your sat nav, rather than our postcode!
Our car park is small and so we would love it if you could share cars where possible! Also, please don’t arrive before your ‘arrival time’ on the booking to avoid congestion.
We’ve teamed up with Dominos to give you 50% off pizzas for delivery to us as your party finishes. You don’t need to do anything in advance of your session! When you arrive for your session, head up to reception to collect the phone number for the Dominos we use, give them a call once your soldiers have gone out to play, and they will do the rest!
They recommend 1 large pizza per 3 players.
You can of course bring your own food or organise an alternative delivery if you prefer, but Dominos is a tried and tested idea that everyone loves!
We provide free and unlimited tea, coffee orange squash and water for you and your guests to help yourself to throughout the session.
Our super friendly team are reachable 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, and are always happy to help.
